Eligibility for Refunds

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
• Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.

Process for Refunds

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
3. Once approved, package the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Timeframe

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Exchanges
